Administration Internship!

Wellibites söker nu en praktikant inom administration och dataanalys som har ett brinnande intresse för organisering och att skapa struktur samtidigt som du tycker att det är roligt att få en förståelse för företagandets olika delar.

Vi befinner oss i en spännande och expansiv fas, och söker dig som under din praktik vill vara med på vår tillväxtresa och utvecklas inom administration och dataanalys.

Då vi växer snabbt kan möjlighet för anställning efter praktiken uppstå. Du kommer främst handledas av VD & grundare.

Om företaget

Wellibites develops and sells healthy candy and is currently the market leader in our niche. Wellibites is a delicious and healthy candy developed by Sara, a pharmacist and dietary expert who wants to contribute to a healthier world regarding the rising numbers of type 2 diabetes and obesity among both adults and children. The candy is completely free of sugar, gluten and palm oil, contains only natural flavors and colors, and is also vegan, enriched with vitamins and minerals, and made in Sweden. Welibites has been a great success since the start in 2018 and in a record short time we have received central listing in the entire grocery, service and pharmacy trade and are now available in several markets. We are now facing a foreign expansion with the vision of becoming a market leader globally as well.

 

During your traineeship you will

• Administrera och operativt arbeta med olika företags- och kunddokument
• Operativt arbeta med dataanalys, tolka och hantera data samt komma med slutsatser
• Komma med egna idéer om hur vi kan utveckla vårt administrativa arbete och befintlig struktur
• Assistera vid div. datahantering
• Ta del av hela processen från dataanalys till action points

 

Vem är du?

• Du har ett stort och genuint intresse för administration och struktur
• Du är självgående, noggrann och prestigelös.
• Du har en positiv inställning och alltid villig att lära dig nya saker.
• Du har datorvana och är tekniskt nyfiken.
• Du har en förståelse för vem vår kund är.
• Goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift.

Krav:

• Van att arbeta med Office paketet (framförallt Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook) i Mac.
• Van med Mac.

Wellibites is now looking for an intern for our marketing department who has a passion for Social Media and Content Creation! We believe that you have a strong interest in communication and social media.social media, while having a creative eye and enjoying producing content.

We are in an exciting and expansive phase, and are looking for you who during your internship want to join our growth journey and develop in social media and creative content creation. As we are growing rapidly, the possibility of employment after the internship may arise. You will be supervised by our Digital Marketing & Community Coordinator who is ultimately responsible for our visibility in physical and digital channels.

During your traineeship you will

• Create creative content for our channels.
• Assist in the publication of content.
• Develop concepts for our social channels.
• Monitor, interpret and implement trends that are in line with our brand.
• Come up with your own ideas on how we can develop our work with our social channels.
• Assist in Influencer Marketing if needed.
• Manage and operate our social channels.
• Take part in the whole process from idea generation, creation of materials to publication.
  

Who are you?

• You have a strong and genuine interest in social media and content creation.
• You are self-motivated, creative and unpretentious.
• An eye for trends on social channels.
• You have a positive attitude and are always willing to learn new things.
• You have computer skills and are technically curious.
• You have an understanding of who our customer is.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Has a keen interest in photography and wants to learn more about editing and composing content.
  

Advantageous:

• Experience in creating moving images (premiere pro or similar software).
• Experience with basic website updates (WordPress)
• Accustomed to photographing, editing and composing content (Lightroom, Indesign, Photoshop or similar software).

Conditions

For us to be able to offer you a traineeship, an internship (LIA) needs to be a natural part of your training. We are looking for you to have a traineeship with the possibility to start immediately and at least 10 weeks ahead.
